With Services Commitment in your next Customer Value Agreement (CVA), your dealer service technician and genuine Cat^® parts will be there when promised.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

SERVICE RESPONSE TIME

• Same day confirmation of scheduled service.
• Diagnostics before arrival.
• Technician on site the second business day or on your preferred date, to fix or diagnose repairs
• If the technician doesn't arrive on time, you'll receive free TA1.5 inspection on the selected machine.

PARTS AVAILABILITY

• Your maintenance parts will be available the next business day, or on your preferred date.
• Your common repair parts will be available the second business day, or on your preferred date.
• If your parts don’t arrive on time, you’ll receive a credit for the value of the parts up to 1,500,000 Nairas.
