CVA (Customer Value Agreement): The equipment comes with a telematic box that grants access to the standard subscription of My.Cat.Com. Free service is provided for a duration of 1 year or up to 2,000 hours, whichever comes first. - Extended Warranty for 2 years or 4,000 hours specifically covers Powertrain & Hydraulics against any defects in Cat material or manufacturer workmanship beyond the original machine warranty. Repairs must be carried out by an authorized Cat dealer. -Equipment condition monitoring is included for 2 years or 4,000 hours and encompasses up to 13 fluid samplings. - FPP (Fuel Promise Program): Fuel consumption and promise cap value will be determined by Caterpillar and Mantrac. The FPP offer is valid for 2 years or 4,000 hours from the registration date for equipment enrolled in the offered CVA. Refund payment is made through parts & services Voucher or CVA rebates (Credit Certificate). The Credit Certificate expires six months after issuance and is non-transferable. - The offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions. -The price will be converted to the local currency and excludes VAT (Value-Added Tax).
